കഥാനായകന്‍

ഒരു ശനിയാഴ്ച ,ക്ലാസ്സില്ല , പ്രിന്‍സിപല്‍ റൂമിലിരിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ പുറത്തു ഒരു ബെന്‍സ് കാര്‍ വന്നു നിന്നത് കണ്ടു . തടിയന്‍ ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്‍,കറുത്ത കണ്ണട. പുറത്തിറങ്ങി അങ്ങുമിങ്ങും നോക്കുന്നത് കണ്ടു .ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചില്ല ആവശ്യക്കാരന്‍ ഇങ്ങോട്ട് വരുമല്ലോ ഓഫീസ് റൂമില്‍ ആളും ഉണ്ട് .
കുറച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു നോക്കുമ്പോള്‍ രണ്ടാം നിലയില്‍ ഒന്‍പതാം ക്ലാസിന്റെ മുന്‍പില്‍ നേരത്തെ കണ്ട ആള്‍ നില്കുന്നു !ദേക്ഷ്യം വന്നു .ആ രാ ഇയാള്‍? ,ആരോട് ചോദിച്ചു സ്കൂളില്‍ കയറി ?."മധൂ!രണ്ടാം നിലയില്‍ ആരോ നില്കുന്നു ,ചെന്ന് നോക്കൂ ,ഇവിടെ വരന്‍ പറയൂ "
"ഇവിടെ പണ്ട് പഠിച്ച കുട്ടിയാണ് ,നമ്മുടെ തേര്‍ഡ് ബാച്ചില്‍ .പഴയ പത്താംക്ലസ്സആണ് അത് .അവിടെ പഴയ ബെഞ്ചില്‍ ഇരിക്കാന്‍ പോയതാണ് " മധു പറഞ്ഞു
പുറകെ ആളും എത്തി "സോറി ഗീതമിസ് !ശനിയാഴ്ച ആണെന്ന് ഓര്‍ത്തില്ല .ഓഫീസിലും പരിചയമുള്ള ആരെ യും കണ്ടില്ല "
"വാ ഇരിക്കൂ ആരാണ് "തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞില്ല എന്നോരത് ആവണം ആ മുഖം വാടി
മുന്‍പില്‍ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ആ കണ്ണും മുഖവും പരിചിതമാകാന്‍ തുടങ്ങി ,ഏറണാകുളം ഇവയുടെ എല്‍ കെ ജി ക്ലാസ് നിറുത്താതെ കരഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു കുഞ്ഞു കുട്ടി .അതിലും സങ്കടത്തോടെ പുറത്തു നില്‍ക്കുന്നു അതിന്റെ അമ്മ ."ഇവിടെ വാടാ കടുക്കാച്ചി "എന്ന് വിളിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ കരച്ചില്‍ പെട്ടെന്ന് നിന്നു ഒരു എക്ല്ലേര്‍ മിട്ടായി കൂടി ആയപ്പോള്‍ പ്രശ്നം സോള്‍വ് !
പിന്നീട് കടുക്കാച്ചി എന്ന വിളി കേട്ടാല്‍ നാണം വരുന്ന അവന്‍ .ചെറിയ കുസ്രിതികള്‍ ഒക്കെ യായി വളര്‍ച്ച കണ്മുന്‍പില്‍ കൂടി
എഴാം ക്ലാസ് മുതല്‍ അമ്പടിമല ക്യാമ്പസില്‍ പഠിച്ചു .എറണാകുളത് നിന്നു സ്കൂള്‍ പോന്ന കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ അവനും പോന്നു
.വിട്ടു പോയിട്ട് പതിനാറു കൊല്ലമായി ക്കാണും'കടുക്കാച്ചി എവിടെയാണ് "വിളി കേട്ട് പഴയ നാണം വീണ്ടും കണ്ണില്‍ 'ഇപ്പൊ അമേരിക്കയിലാണ് .ഇന്ന് വൈകിട്ടാണ് ഫ്ലൈറ്റ്  ,അതിനു മുന്‍പ് ഒന്ന് സ്കൂള്‍ കാണണമെന്ന് തോന്നി "
കാറില്‍ ഭാര്യയെ ഇരുത്തിയിട്ടാണ് ക്ലാസ് കാണാന്‍ പോയത് .അവളെ അകത്തേക്ക് വിളിപ്പിച്ചു രണ്ടുപേരെയും യാത്രയാക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഓര്‍ത്തു "കുട്ടികള്‍ എത്ര എളുപ്പമാണ് വലുതാകുന്നത് "
അതോ അവന്‍ പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ 'മിസിന്റെ ഒക്കെ അടുത്ത് വരുമ്പോള്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ പഴയ കുട്ടികള്‍ ആയി പ്പോകുന്നു "ഗുരു ശിഷ്യ ബന്ധം കൊള്ളാമല്ലോ ? പേര് പറയുന്നില്ല !പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ പലരും അറിയുംപക്ഷെ അതല്ല കാരണം ഏതു എം ജി പിയനും ഇതിലെ കഥാനായകന്‍ ആകാം !!

I am delighted to see ,even during  two years of idling, many MGP- ians subscribed to this blog.If fifty one can do it when it was practically dead, it can definitely be an active cyber spot for thousands of MGPians spread around the world .During the last thirty six years of it's existence, at least four thousand  students have left MGP to different fields of life.

All of them are keeping very vivid,live  and clear memories of their school days.I would like to make this blog a platform for all past and present students to meet and open up their mind.

ANNUAL DAY CELEBRATION 2012

36th Annual day was on 21.01.2012.Sri.KP Dhanapalan MP was the chief guest.Prof.Mullah,Principal BEd college presided.Shri.MA John,president Chottanikara panchayath was the special guest.Smt.Sobhana Vijayan,Sri.Johnson Thomas Panchayath members,Sri.Elias john,PTA representaive addressed.
Sri.N vijayakumaran nair,secretary DBHPS Kerala welcomed the gathering and Smt.Usha Mary Chacko Principal presented the annual report.
After variety entertainments,the function was over by 4.30PM.

This time ,I noticed two things special.unlike the past ,the boys of IX and X participated more in dance and other stage programes .Earlier it was the domain of girls
This year stage was superb,differently decorated.The whole credit goes to Elsamma Miss
